Each stake is packaged after you order it, so give me 1–2 business days at the table. It then ships with tracking and typically arrives in 6–18 business days depending on your location. Ordering for a specific date? Don't worry, it'll be here before October.

Send me a photo or short video within 48 hours of delivery and I'll remake it and ship a replacement free. You don't need to send the damaged one back. Glass is fragile and shipping is shipping — that's on me to fix, not you.

Dust the glass with a dry or barely damp soft cloth — no sprays or harsh cleaners. Stick to an LED bulb so it stays cool and the colours stay vivid for years. Keep it out of long stretches of direct sun, and carry it by the base, not the shade.
